We have a designer that we work with and different floor plan options. Very customizable but we can also show you examples of houses we completed previously

We build 2500-3500+ sq foot homes typically
What do I need to know before I buy land to build a home on?
If there are utilities - energy, water etc.
If there's a survey of the property showing the boundaries
Any specific restrictions on the property they should know about.
In what areas do you build?
Always within reason. Typically anywhere in Ellis County or Navarro County
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Depending on weather. Usually about 6 months
